A life-long hockey player, Mike grew up playing Rep in Ontario and spent four years in the Junior ranks in the (GTA) Greater Toronto Area before switching his focus to coaching youth hockey. Today, he works with coaches, players, trainers and parents across North America, teaching them how to use the principles of Mental Fitness to create a truly positive impact on young athletes.Mike also works with former professional athletes, helping them focus on life after the game.
